A major exhibition on contemporary art and cultural history comprising more than 150 art pieces spanning from the 17th century to present and selected from the holdings of the MUNAL and the Coleccion Jumex. The exhibition is divided in 4 major sections: Energy of the everyday life, Nature of landscape, Identity strategies and Resistance and anti-discipline. The exhibition was inspired in book "The Practice of Everyday Life" (1980) by French philosopher and theologist Michel de Certeau who analyses the ways in which ordinary men try to escape mass culture impositions from the dominating social organizations by altering or creating strategies to evade them. Includes artwork by Jose Guadalupe Posada, Dr. Lackra, Sharon Lockhart, Jose Clemente Orozco, Mardonio Magana, Paul Graham, Bas Jan Ader, Michel Blazy, Michel Franc'ois, Christopher Williams, Rineke Dijkstra, Ramon Cano Manilla, Paul McCarthy, Sherrie Levine, Jim Lambie, Gerardo Murillo "Dr. Atl", Jose Ma.
